My home office had this hollow ring to it on every call, and hanging two of these oval panels killed most of it. The ceiling-mount setup was easy enough to do myself with a drill, and the difference in how the room sounds is honestly kind of amazing.

The echo in my dining room was so bad I could hear every fork clink twice, and this oval absorber mounted right on the ceiling killed most of it. Installation took maybe ten minutes with the included hardware.

Mounted this over my home office desk and the echo during calls dropped noticeably within a day. Installation took two people since it's pretty large, but the hardware lined up fine. Wish it came in a darker color option, otherwise solid.
