Setting this up on my desk took maybe five minutes, and the height adjustment glides smoothly between sitting and standing. It's a compact space-saver too, so I don't lose much desk room when it's pushed back. My afternoons feel way less stiff now.

My lower back has been thanking me since I set this up on my desk. Switching from sitting to standing mid-call takes two seconds, and it doesn't eat up much space when I'm done. The whole thing feels sturdier than I expected at this price.

Switching between sitting and standing during the day has genuinely helped me power through the afternoon slump. The height adjustment is smooth and it barely takes up any room on my desk, so I don't lose workspace when it's raised.
