Silla ergonómica de rodillas ajustable

My lower back pain is basically gone after two weeks, and I love that the seat tilts forward with me when I lean to type. The open hip angle really does take the pressure off my tailbone, and it took me maybe five minutes to set up.

My lower back used to ache by mid-afternoon at my desk, but the open hip angle this chair forces really does take the pressure off. The adjustable parts let me dial in the perfect tilt for my height, and I actually sit up straighter without thinking about it.

The tilt mechanism took a couple days to get used to, but now I actually look forward to sitting down to work. It definitely encourages that open hip angle and keeps me from slouching, though I do wish the padding were a bit firmer for longer sessions.
