1B1B Series

Ordered on a whim and the packaging alone made me glad I did. I had a question about my order and got a reply back within a day, which honestly never happens anymore. Everything arrived in perfect shape.

Emailed a question late on a Tuesday and actually had a reply waiting the next morning, which almost never happens. The whole thing works exactly as described and the turnaround is faster than I expected.

Honestly didn't expect anyone to actually reply on a weekend, but they got back to me well within a day with a real answer instead of a copy-paste response. That kind of follow-through is rare, and it's the main reason I'm sticking with this series.
