Took me about ten minutes to set up on my desk, and the transition from sitting to standing is steady enough that my coffee doesn't slosh around. The adjustable height range covers exactly what I need for my 5'8" frame, and it's solid even when I lean on it while typing.
The gas spring lift is incredibly smooth—no jerking or wobbling when I raise it mid-email. My back feels noticeably better by 3 p.m., and I’ve stopped dreading those long stretches at the keyboard.
Took me a while to get the right height dialed in, but once it's set, the transition between sitting and standing is genuinely smooth. The work surface is plenty wide for my dual monitors and keyboard, and it's sturdy enough that nothing wobbles when I'm typing.
