The adhesive backing is strong enough that I didn't need the extra screws, and routing my monitor, keyboard, and charger cables took maybe ten minutes. Everything stays put even when I yank a cord out quickly, and my desk actually looks clean for once.
My desk went from a tangled mess to looking like a professional setup in under ten minutes. The adhesive backing on these clips is seriously strong, they haven't budged an inch even with my thick charging cables pulled through them.
The clips hold the cables snugly enough, and the adhesive backing stuck fine to my desk's underside. But the included straps are a bit flimsy, and I had to redo the routing twice to get the lengths right. It does the job, just not as cleanly as I hoped.
