Took a chance on this to get my Dell off its bulky stand, and it did the trick. The adapter itself is solid and rigid, so the monitor doesn’t wobble even when I’m typing hard. Setup took maybe ten minutes, and now my desk actually looks clean.
The mounting holes lined up perfectly with my Dell’s back panel, so installation took under ten minutes with no extra fiddling. My desk feels way more open now that the monitor’s off its stock stand, and the bracket feels solidly locked in place.
Finally got my monitor properly mounted on the arm — the adapter fit the VESA holes perfectly and took less than five minutes to install. The metal plate feels solid and doesn't flex at all, so I'm confident it'll hold up for years.
