The lift is so smooth and quiet that I forget I'm even using a standing desk until I bump the button. I've been switching positions at least four times a day now and my back already feels less stiff during long coding sessions.

I was a little worried about the setup, but the mechanism worked right out of the box and the sit-stand transition is genuinely effortless. My back feels noticeably better by the end of the day now that I can switch positions whenever I want.

The electric lift is shockingly smooth—press the button and it glides up without wobbling my monitor. I've been switching between sitting and standing every hour or so, and it's made an immediate difference in my afternoon energy slump.
